The Micro X30 is designed for point-to-point journeys and longer distances of up to 50 kilometers, where comfort and stability play an important role. Be it on the way to the office, university, or longer tours through the city. The large deck, front suspension, and 250 mm wheels guarantee a comfortable ride. The higher riding position ensures greater visibility on the road for you and other road users. The two independent braking devices and the homologated front and rear lights offer additional safety, even on night-time excursions. The integrated display on the handlebars always shows important riding information such as battery status or speed. Particularly practical: you can lock your e-scooter electronically with the Micro app.

The Micro app is connected via Bluetooth and, in addition to changing the riding mode, also displays the total distance, riding time, and turn-by-turn navigation. The app also has a diagnostic mode, which simplifies the service process and contributes to the longevity of the product. The e-scooter can also be locked with the app and is doubly protected against theft with the micro lock available as an accessory.

Shipping & Delivery

1. How long does delivery take?

Orders within Lebanon are delivered in up to 5 working days. Our courier will contact you to confirm delivery details.

2. Can I schedule my delivery time?

Our courier will call you to confirm the address and schedule a suitable delivery time.

3. What happens if I miss the delivery call?

If calls are not answered for 10 days, the order will be cancelled and returned. Associated costs will be deducted, and the balance refunded.

Returns & Exchanges

1. Can I exchange an item in my order?

Yes, you can exchange items within 7 days if unused and in original packaging.

2. How do I exchange an item?

If you purchased a product online and are not fully satisfied, our customer service team will be happy to assist you with an exchange within 7 days of purchase.

You have two exchange options:

Courier exchange: We can arrange for our courier to collect the item from your address and deliver the replacement in exchange.
In-store exchange: You may also visit any of our branches to exchange the item on the spot.

3. Are there items I cannot exchange?

For hygiene reasons, underwear, socks, swimwear, and food items are non-returnable.
