EXCHANGE POLICY

You may exchange your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order by contacting us online or visiting one of our stores. All items must be unused and returned in their original packaging, along with all accessories, exactly as they were received.

ECOM Exchange Policy:

• ECOM purchases can be exchanged online only. Please check our online exchange process
• Items must be in original packaging
• Merchandise that has been worn, used, or altered will not be eligible for return
• Exchange is not applicable on heavy equipment that have been assembled (Treadmill, Elliptical, Bike, Home Gym, Trampoline, Jacuzzi, etc.), as well as underwear, swimwear, socks, and fragrance
• Exchange requests can take up to 9 working days to process
• If the exchange is due to size differences, the same price at purchase applies

Cancellation
You can cancel your order free of charge within 2 hours from purchase time only.

International:
We do not offer exchange/return for orders outside of Iraq.
