Return Conditions

• If a full refund including the original delivery costs is required, we need to be informed fourteen (7) days after the receipt of the order. The order must be then returned to us within fourteen (7) days after we have been informed of the cancellation, however you will be responsible for the cost of returns the goods to us. If a return is payable to you we will process the refund as soon as possible and, in any case within fourteen (14) days of receipt of the original order back to us (return form)
• In original condition & in original packaging
• Merchandise that has been worn, used, or altered will not be accepted for return.
• Any items that are sealed for health protection or hygiene reasons if you have unsealed them (or in the case of swimwear, hat and underwear removed the hygiene strip).
• Please note that all returns are not applicable in store, only through mikesport.com
• Please note that we do not return in any heavy equipment if assembled: Treadmill, Elliptical, Bike, Home Gym, Trampoline, Jacuzzi ...etc

For returns we offer a gift card to your order with an expiry date for 1 year.

Refund

• Money back: If the product purchased was delivered defected, we will offer you a full refund of the item. We will schedule a cash refund from one of our workers upon visit.If a refund or reimbursement is payable to you, we will transfer the money using the same method originally used by you to pay for your purchase.
• Gift Card: If you are not satisfied with the product you buy you can ask for a gift with the full amount of the purchase (without shipping fees). You will receive a gift card by email within 3 days. Gift card will allows you to choose a replacement product or another item of similar value. Gift card are non returnable or refundable for cash (expiration date: 1 year)

We do not refund the original shipping and handling that you paid on the order (shipping and handling fees are only refundable if we deliver a wrong or damaged items)

Card Charges

Your card will be charged when you place your order. If we are not able to fulfill your order for any reason your card will be refunded. 

Cancellation

If you cancel your order free of any charge within 2 hours from purchase time.

If you wish to cancel after 2 hours, you will be charged of the shipping fees.

Shipping Fees Rate Applied on Cancellation:

Heavy Equipment from 25 Kg to 200 Kg : 60,000 IQD ( this fee is only applied if the customer cancelled his order after 2 hours) 

Please note our shipping fees for heavy equipment is 60,000 IQD. if you wish to cancel your order after 2 hours, the shipping fees above for heavy equipment will be applied.
