1.How long does delivery take?
Orders within Iraq are delivered in 4 to 6 working days. Our courier will contact you to confirm delivery details.
2.Can I schedule a delivery time?
Yes. Our courier will contact you to arrange a suitable time.
3.Do you deliver internationally?
Yes, we ship worldwide. Shipping costs and customs are calculated case by case.
4.What happens if I miss the delivery call?
If calls go unanswered after three attempts, the request will be canceled and returned. Associated costs will be deducted, and the remaining balance will be refunded.
Exchanges
1.How long do I have to exchange an item?
You can exchange within 14 days of receiving your order.
2.Can I exchange a product in my order?
Yes, you can exchange products within 7 days if they are unused and in the original packaging.
3.How can I exchange a product?
If you purchase an Onlabane product and are not completely satisfied with it, our customer service team will assist you in exchanging it within 7 days of purchase.
Two exchange options are available:
Exchange via courier: We can arrange for our representative to collect the product from your location and exchange it for the desired product.
Exchange at our branch: You can visit any of our branches, and the exchange will be processed immediately on-site.

4.Are there any products that I cannot exchange?
For hygiene reasons, underwear, socks, swimwear, and food cannot be returned.
Payments & Loyalty
1.What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Cash only for now.
2.Can I cancel my order after paying?
Cancellations are possible within 2 hours of placing your order, before processing begins.
3.How do you guarantee product authenticity?
All items are 100% genuine, sourced directly from global brands with strict supply chain control.
