With 29 litres of space, it's roomy enough for extra hiking layers and a packed lunch, or gym essentials, books and in a dedicated pocket your laptop. The hip belt and sternum strap offer extra comfort when hiking with a heavy load, but you can stow or remove them when commuting. And a padded, air mesh back panel and foam straps ensure the Borealis Classic is comfortable wherever you're walking. Let's not forget a front stash pocket and two water bottle pockets and a secondary compartment you can't say we didn't give you enough organisation options.

Our courier will call you to confirm the address and schedule a suitable delivery time.

3. What happens if I miss the delivery call?

If calls are not answered for 10 days, the order will be cancelled and returned. Associated costs will be deducted, and the balance refunded.

Returns & Exchanges

1. Can I exchange an item in my order?

Yes, you can exchange items within 7 days if unused and in original packaging.

2. How do I exchange an item?

If you purchased a product online and are not fully satisfied, our customer service team will be happy to assist you with an exchange within 7 days of purchase.

You have two exchange options:

Courier exchange: We can arrange for our courier to collect the item from your address and deliver the replacement in exchange.
In-store exchange: You may also visit any of our branches to exchange the item on the spot.

3. Are there items I cannot exchange?

For hygiene reasons, underwear, socks, swimwear, and food items are non-returnable.
