Exceptionally lightweight, wind-resistant and water-repellent – our Brenta hooded down insulated jacket has such a cosy 550 cuin 80/20 down fill that once you put it on, you won’t want to take if off. The lightweight, yet durable matt nylon outer fabric has an additional DWR (durable water repellent) fabric finish to add further protection. Inside, there is a soft, silky downproof taffeta lining.Named after the Brenta Group, also known as the ‘Western Dolomites’, this jacket can be worn alone as a warm outer layer or as an insulating mid layer under a shell. It also packs down easily into your pack. There’s an insulated, tailored and integrated collar for maximum protection and ergonomic, gusseted sleeves and shoulders for a good fit. The front zip has a full-length windproof flap and the stretch bindings on cuffs, hem and hood help keep cold out and warmth in.

In-store: Instant exchange.
From home: Contact us and we’ll arrange pickup within 5 days. A store credit refund will be issued once the product inspection is completed.

Shipping & Delivery

1. How long does delivery take?

Orders within Lebanon are delivered in up to 5 working days. Our courier will contact you to confirm delivery details.

2. Can I schedule my delivery time?

Our courier will call you to confirm the address and schedule a suitable delivery time.

3. What happens if I miss the delivery call?

If calls are not answered for 10 days, the order will be cancelled and returned. Associated costs will be deducted, and the balance refunded.

Returns & Exchanges

1. Can I exchange an item in my order?

Yes, you can exchange items within 7 days if unused and in original packaging.

2. How do I exchange an item?

If you purchased a product online and are not fully satisfied, our customer service team will be happy to assist you with an exchange within 7 days of purchase.

You have two exchange options:

Courier exchange: We can arrange for our courier to collect the item from your address and deliver the replacement in exchange.
In-store exchange: You may also visit any of our branches to exchange the item on the spot.

3. Are there items I cannot exchange?

For hygiene reasons, underwear, socks, swimwear, and food items are non-returnable.
