The North Face BASE CAMP DUFFEL S is an inimitable duffel bag that stands out for its ruggedness. With a capacity of 50 litres, this model allows you to carry your essential equipment without overloading yourself. It is easy to carry because it is light and compact, and is very comfortable to carry. It has improved ergonomic shoulder straps adapted to the mountains to reduce twisting and ensure comfortable carrying for hours. In addition, the new padded side handles can be used to lift or carry the bag for those who want to take the strain off their back. When it comes to storage, the main compartment has a mesh and zip pocket and an additional mesh sleeve for more storage options.

4.What happens if I miss the delivery call?

If calls go unanswered after three attempts, the request will be canceled and returned. Associated costs will be deducted, and the remaining balance will be refunded.

Exchanges

1.How long do I have to exchange an item?

You can exchange within 14 days of receiving your order.

2.Can I exchange a product in my order?

Yes, you can exchange products within 7 days if they are unused and in the original packaging.

3.How can I exchange a product?

If you purchase an Onlabane product and are not completely satisfied with it, our customer service team will assist you in exchanging it within 7 days of purchase.

Two exchange options are available:

Exchange via courier: We can arrange for our representative to collect the product from your location and exchange it for the desired product.

Exchange at our branch: You can visit any of our branches, and the exchange will be processed immediately on-site.

4.Are there any products that I cannot exchange?

For hygiene reasons, underwear, socks, swimwear, and food cannot be returned.
