The Alp Trainer 2 is a modern, mid-cut hiking boot that provides reliable protection for long-distance hiking sessions in rugged terrain. It has a hardwearing, high-quality suede upper with robust stretch fabric inserts at the tongue and a waterproof, breathable GORE-TEX® Extended Comfort liner. Designed for step-in comfort, it gives a precise, supportive fit using a women’s specific last that follows the unique shape of the female foot. Firm ankle support for rough terrain and lateral stability comes courtesy of our trademarked 3F System, while the soft Flex Collar increases range of ankle motion for greater comfort on the downhill. The Alp Trainer 2 is a lightweight, comfortable and reliable boot that represents an excellent choice for all forms of alpine hiking.

Shipping & Delivery

1. How long does delivery take?

Orders within Lebanon are delivered in up to 5 working days. Our courier will contact you to confirm delivery details.

2. Can I schedule my delivery time?

Our courier will call you to confirm the address and schedule a suitable delivery time.

3. What happens if I miss the delivery call?

If calls are not answered for 10 days, the order will be cancelled and returned. Associated costs will be deducted, and the balance refunded.

Returns & Exchanges

1. Can I exchange an item in my order?

Yes, you can exchange items within 7 days if unused and in original packaging.

2. How do I exchange an item?

If you purchased a product online and are not fully satisfied, our customer service team will be happy to assist you with an exchange within 7 days of purchase.

You have two exchange options:

Courier exchange: We can arrange for our courier to collect the item from your address and deliver the replacement in exchange.
In-store exchange: You may also visit any of our branches to exchange the item on the spot.

3. Are there items I cannot exchange?

For hygiene reasons, underwear, socks, swimwear, and food items are non-returnable.
