The boots feature supportive midfoot inserts, reinforced toes for rocks, and the heel shape has been optimized for comfort. Vibram XS Trek outsoles offer the perfect balance of grip and durability without adding bulk. The fabric provides effective protection from rain and snow, keeping you dry. The material blocks wind to reduce cooling. Our unique material technology allows air to flow through the material, helping regulate body temperature and keeping you fresher for longer. Heel stabilization technology adds stability on uneven terrain, while lightweight superfoam provides unparalleled cushioning. The rubber compound provides excellent grip and durability on wet and dry surfaces. The Hedgehog shoes are equipped with a number of advanced features that make them an ideal choice for all kinds of hiking trips.

If you purchased a product online and are not fully satisfied, our customer service team will be happy to assist you with an exchange within 7 days of purchase.

You have two exchange options:

Courier exchange: We can arrange for our courier to collect the item from your address and deliver the replacement in exchange.
In-store exchange: You may also visit any of our branches to exchange the item on the spot.

1.How long does delivery take?

Yes. Our courier will contact you to arrange a suitable time.

3.Do you deliver internationally?

Yes, we ship worldwide. Shipping costs and customs are calculated case by case.

4.What happens if I miss the delivery call?

If calls go unanswered after three attempts, the request will be canceled and returned. Associated costs will be deducted, and the remaining balance will be refunded.

Exchanges

1.How long do I have to exchange an item?

You can exchange within 14 days of receiving your order.

2.Can I exchange a product in my order?

Yes, you can exchange products within 7 days if they are unused and in the original packaging.

3.How can I exchange a product?

If you purchase an Onlabane product and are not completely satisfied with it, our customer service team will assist you in exchanging it within 7 days of purchase.

Two exchange options are available:

Exchange via courier: We can arrange for our representative to collect the product from your location and exchange it for the desired product.

Exchange at our branch: You can visit any of our branches, and the exchange will be processed immediately on-site.

4.Are there any products that I cannot exchange?
