The North Face is a quilted Resolve hooded down jacket made of polyester ripstop fabric. It is a hip-length jacket. Its filling consists of abundant down, obtained from responsible sources, which makes it lightweight but very warm. The jacket has two side pockets with zippers and a secure internal chest pocket. It is fastened with a zipper, and the hem is adjusted with a stretch cord. The cuffs and hood have an elastic finish, which provides additional comfort when worn. It is worth noting that the jacket is filled with 800 fill down, which means that it is high-quality thermal insulation. This down comes from gray goose and weighs 93 g. If you purchased a product online and are not fully satisfied, our customer service team will be happy to assist you with an exchange within 7 days of purchase.

You have two exchange options:

Courier exchange: We can arrange for our courier to collect the item from your address and deliver the replacement in exchange.
In-store exchange: You may also visit any of our branches to exchange the item on the spot.

Orders & Delivery

1.How long does delivery take?

Orders within Iraq are delivered in 4 to 6 working days. Our courier will contact you to confirm delivery details.

2.Can I schedule a delivery time?

Yes. Our courier will contact you to arrange a suitable time.

3.Do you deliver internationally?

Yes, we ship worldwide. Shipping costs and customs are calculated case by case.

4.What happens if I miss the delivery call?

If calls go unanswered after three attempts, the request will be canceled and returned. Associated costs will be deducted, and the remaining balance will be refunded.

Exchanges

1.How long do I have to exchange an item?

You can exchange within 14 days of receiving your order.

2.Can I exchange a product in my order?

Yes, you can exchange products within 7 days if they are unused and in the original packaging.

3.How can I exchange a product?

If you purchase an Onlabane product and are not completely satisfied with it, our customer service team will assist you in exchanging it within 7 days of purchase.

Two exchange options are available:

Exchange via courier: We can arrange for our representative to collect the product from your location and exchange it for the desired product.

Exchange at our branch: You can visit any of our branches, and the exchange will be processed immediately on-site.

4.Are there any products that I cannot exchange?
