The X5’s powerful 300W nominal motor, with a peak output of 500W, ensures a smooth and responsive ride, even on inclines.

Safety is paramount with the Micro X5. It features an integrated electronic lock, easily managed through the Micro App, to keep your e-scooter secure wherever you go. The app also provides real-time data on your ride, including battery level and speed, directly on your smartphone. With its efficient design and advanced features, the Micro X5 guarantees a comfortable, secure, and enjoyable riding experience.

The Micro App is connected via Bluetooth and, in addition to changing the driving mode, displays the total distance, driving time and turn-by-turn navigation. The app also has a diagnostic mode, which simplifies the service process and contributes to the longevity of the product. The e-scooter can also be locked using the app and is doubly protected against theft with the micro lock as an accessory.

Shipping & Delivery

1. How long does delivery take?

Orders within Lebanon are delivered in up to 5 working days. Our courier will contact you to confirm delivery details.

2. Can I schedule my delivery time?

Our courier will call you to confirm the address and schedule a suitable delivery time.

3. What happens if I miss the delivery call?

If calls are not answered for 10 days, the order will be cancelled and returned. Associated costs will be deducted, and the balance refunded.

Returns & Exchanges

1. Can I exchange an item in my order?

Yes, you can exchange items within 7 days if unused and in original packaging.

2. How do I exchange an item?

If you purchased a product online and are not fully satisfied, our customer service team will be happy to assist you with an exchange within 7 days of purchase.

You have two exchange options:

Courier exchange: We can arrange for our courier to collect the item from your address and deliver the replacement in exchange.
In-store exchange: You may also visit any of our branches to exchange the item on the spot.

3. Are there items I cannot exchange?

For hygiene reasons, underwear, socks, swimwear, and food items are non-returnable.
