The Puez Aqua Jacket is a 2.5-layer ripstop shell jacket with a Powertex membrane fabric designed and tested in the Dolomites. It has a solid waterproof rating (water column) and can withstand up to 10,000 mm of water pressure. On the breathability front, its performance is equally impressive (10,000g/m²/24h) to help reduce sweating during more intensive use. Designed to offer functional simplicity and protection for alpine hiking and trekking, the Aqua jacket has a fully waterproof technical finish with fully-sealed seams and waterproof zippers capable of withstanding unpredictable mountain conditions at the centre front and pockets.

Courier exchange: We can arrange for our courier to collect the item from your address and deliver the replacement in exchange.
In-store exchange: You may also visit any of our branches to exchange the item on the spot.

1.How long does delivery take?

Orders within Iraq are delivered in 4 to 6 working days. Our courier will contact you to confirm delivery details.

2.Can I schedule a delivery time?

Yes. Our courier will contact you to arrange a suitable time.

3.Do you deliver internationally?

Yes, we ship worldwide. Shipping costs and customs are calculated case by case.

4.What happens if I miss the delivery call?

If calls go unanswered after three attempts, the request will be canceled and returned. Associated costs will be deducted, and the remaining balance will be refunded.

Exchanges

1.How long do I have to exchange an item?

You can exchange within 14 days of receiving your order.

2.Can I exchange a product in my order?

Yes, you can exchange products within 7 days if they are unused and in the original packaging.

3.How can I exchange a product?

If you purchase an Onlabane product and are not completely satisfied with it, our customer service team will assist you in exchanging it within 7 days of purchase.

Two exchange options are available:

Exchange via courier: We can arrange for our representative to collect the product from your location and exchange it for the desired product.

Exchange at our branch: You can visit any of our branches, and the exchange will be processed immediately on-site.
