Engineered to ensure easy-rolling comfort during on- and off-trail mountain hikes, the Puez Leather Mid PTX is made for hiking comfort.It’s hardwearing, but supple Italian nubuck leather upper is reinforced with an integrated wrapping Kevlar® cable 3F System at the ankle and a hybrid abrasion-resistant textile rand, while its waterproof and breathable Powertex® membrane will keep out the worst of the weather without using perfluorinated chemicals (PFAS).With a dual EVA midsole for enhanced heel cushioning, soft stretch tongue and customizable footbed. Inside, its Edging Plate ensures flex and rebound for long-lasting comfort and increased stability. With a customizable C.F.F. footbed and Volume Reducer that allows you to customize the fit.

Shipping & Delivery

1. How long does delivery take?

Orders within Lebanon are delivered in up to 5 working days. Our courier will contact you to confirm delivery details.

2. Can I schedule my delivery time?

Our courier will call you to confirm the address and schedule a suitable delivery time.

3. What happens if I miss the delivery call?

If calls are not answered for 10 days, the order will be cancelled and returned. Associated costs will be deducted, and the balance refunded.

Returns & Exchanges

1. Can I exchange an item in my order?

Yes, you can exchange items within 7 days if unused and in original packaging.

2. How do I exchange an item?

If you purchased a product online and are not fully satisfied, our customer service team will be happy to assist you with an exchange within 7 days of purchase.

You have two exchange options:

Courier exchange: We can arrange for our courier to collect the item from your address and deliver the replacement in exchange.
In-store exchange: You may also visit any of our branches to exchange the item on the spot.

3. Are there items I cannot exchange?

For hygiene reasons, underwear, socks, swimwear, and food items are non-returnable.
