The updated Rocca is made of 280-weight Polarlite and makes an ideal layering piece whether worn alone or as a midlayer. Made of 100% recycled polyester, it offers excellent warmth with minimal weight and impressively fast drying times. Moreover, its Polarlite wool-look mélange fleece is also durable and easy to care for. With comfortable flatlock seams to prevent chafing, snug elasticated cuffs, and hem, and two zipped side pockets. Manufactured according to independently audited environmental and social responsibility standards.

Orders & Delivery

1.How long does delivery take?

Orders within Iraq are delivered in 4 to 6 working days. Our courier will contact you to confirm delivery details.

2.Can I schedule a delivery time?

Yes. Our courier will contact you to arrange a suitable time.

3.Do you deliver internationally?

Yes, we ship worldwide. Shipping costs and customs are calculated case by case.

4.What happens if I miss the delivery call?

If calls go unanswered after three attempts, the request will be canceled and returned. Associated costs will be deducted, and the remaining balance will be refunded.

Exchanges

1.How long do I have to exchange an item?

You can exchange within 14 days of receiving your order.

2.Can I exchange a product in my order?

Yes, you can exchange products within 7 days if they are unused and in the original packaging.

3.How can I exchange a product?

If you purchase an Onlabane product and are not completely satisfied with it, our customer service team will assist you in exchanging it within 7 days of purchase.

Two exchange options are available:

Exchange via courier: We can arrange for our representative to collect the product from your location and exchange it for the desired product.

Exchange at our branch: You can visit any of our branches, and the exchange will be processed immediately on-site.

4.Are there any products that I cannot exchange?

For hygiene reasons, underwear, socks, swimwear, and food cannot be returned.
