The North Face Base Camp XL sports bag is made of durable fabric and with a water-resistant finish, perfect for carrying everything you need on nature excursions and long trips out of the city. The convenient and foldable design in the included bag makes it extremely practical.

Large main compartment with two internal mesh pockets, one with a zip closure, for greater organization
Fixing points with MOLLE system, a series of eyelets sewn to attach various accessories
Padded shoulder straps, removable and adjustable, with an ergonomic cut that reduces twisting to a minimum

1.How long do I have to exchange an item?

You can exchange within 14 days of receiving your order.

2.Can I exchange a product in my order?

Yes, you can exchange products within 7 days if they are unused and in the original packaging.

3.How can I exchange a product?

If you purchase an Onlabane product and are not completely satisfied with it, our customer service team will assist you in exchanging it within 7 days of purchase.

Two exchange options are available:

Exchange via courier: We can arrange for our representative to collect the product from your location and exchange it for the desired product.

Exchange at our branch: You can visit any of our branches, and the exchange will be processed immediately on-site.

4.Are there any products that I cannot exchange?

For hygiene reasons, underwear, socks, swimwear, and food cannot be returned.
