The North Face Resolve Triclimate Jacket is a jacket that consists of a DryVent outer layer and a warm fleece inner layer. This jacket offers a variety of protection options. The outer part of the jacket is made of 100% polyester with a durable water-repellent (DWR) finish and is water-resistant. The inner part is made of 100% polyester and has thermal properties. The Triclimate jacket consists of a waterproof outer jacket and a compatible fleece inner layer that provides warmth. The inner part has two side pockets, and the outer part is made of 2.5-layer recycled DryVent fabric. The jacket has an adjustable hood and hem with a drawstring, elastic cuffs and two side pockets with zippers. DryVent technology, used in the jacket, provides breathability, waterproofness and windproofness thanks to sealed seams.

Shipping & Delivery

1. How long does delivery take?

Orders within Lebanon are delivered in up to 5 working days. Our courier will contact you to confirm delivery details.

2. Can I schedule my delivery time?

Our courier will call you to confirm the address and schedule a suitable delivery time.

3. What happens if I miss the delivery call?

If calls are not answered for 10 days, the order will be cancelled and returned. Associated costs will be deducted, and the balance refunded.

Returns & Exchanges

1. Can I exchange an item in my order?

Yes, you can exchange items within 7 days if unused and in original packaging.

2. How do I exchange an item?

If you purchased a product online and are not fully satisfied, our customer service team will be happy to assist you with an exchange within 7 days of purchase.
