A new version of a successful model, the TERRA 55 from The North Face is a hiking backpack packed with functionality and ease of use. Offering a hefty 55-liter volume, this model boasts a clear, two-way U-shaped closure along the entire length for easy access to the top, sides and bottom of the pack. The adjustable back panel, shoulder straps and waist belt are strategically designed to be both comfortable and breathable, while side and bottom compression straps ensure a secure fit. Last but not least, this backpack has several practical pockets for organizing all kinds of items, including water bottles.

You have two exchange options:

Courier exchange: We can arrange for our courier to collect the item from your address and deliver the replacement in exchange.
In-store exchange: You may also visit any of our branches to exchange the item on the spot.

1.How long does delivery take?

Yes. Our courier will contact you to arrange a suitable time.

3.Do you deliver internationally?

Yes, we ship worldwide. Shipping costs and customs are calculated case by case.

4.What happens if I miss the delivery call?

If calls go unanswered after three attempts, the request will be canceled and returned. Associated costs will be deducted, and the remaining balance will be refunded.

Exchanges

1.How long do I have to exchange an item?

You can exchange within 14 days of receiving your order.

2.Can I exchange a product in my order?

Yes, you can exchange products within 7 days if they are unused and in the original packaging.

3.How can I exchange a product?

If you purchase an Onlabane product and are not completely satisfied with it, our customer service team will assist you in exchanging it within 7 days of purchase.

Two exchange options are available:

Exchange via courier: We can arrange for our representative to collect the product from your location and exchange it for the desired product.

Exchange at our branch: You can visit any of our branches, and the exchange will be processed immediately on-site.

4.Are there any products that I cannot exchange?
