Combining an ultra-light yet supportive footplate, midsole rocker geometry and SurfaceCTRL™ grip, our VECTIV™ technology is designed to maximise energy on the trail. And for the Exploris, that translates into hiking shoes engineered to go the distance. But while this iteration is loaded with the same great details as the original, we've made a few changes. The platform below the foot is broader to provide greater stability. The stack height is 2 mm higher for improved comfort and support. And the rockered midsole offers a forked heel and forefoot and a TPU plate for increased lateral displacement and stability. The FUTURELIGHT™ membrane is still as breathable as ever and the nubuck leather is durable but soft. But even better, we source our leather from Leather Working Group (LWG)-certified tanneries, allowing us to help build a sustainable future with responsible leather

Yes. Our courier will contact you to arrange a suitable time.

3.Do you deliver internationally?

Yes, we ship worldwide. Shipping costs and customs are calculated case by case.

4.What happens if I miss the delivery call?

If calls go unanswered after three attempts, the request will be canceled and returned. Associated costs will be deducted, and the remaining balance will be refunded.

Exchanges

1.How long do I have to exchange an item?

You can exchange within 14 days of receiving your order.

2.Can I exchange a product in my order?

Yes, you can exchange products within 7 days if they are unused and in the original packaging.

3.How can I exchange a product?

If you purchase an Onlabane product and are not completely satisfied with it, our customer service team will assist you in exchanging it within 7 days of purchase.

Two exchange options are available:

Exchange via courier: We can arrange for our representative to collect the product from your location and exchange it for the desired product.

Exchange at our branch: You can visit any of our branches, and the exchange will be processed immediately on-site.

4.Are there any products that I cannot exchange?
